Harlem Children's Zone

One of the most interesting things I learned from the US lately is the existence of the HCZ organisation. Google yourself wise.
I think it would be a great idea to invite the charismatic Mr Canada to Brussels to come and talk about an urban problem that we also witness (Kuregem) but handle quite badly. (And not only in Brussels, but throughout Europe).
