The painting "Young Girl in Blue Dress" by Anto Carte which was looted in Brussels during WWII and was found back in the U.S. by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It was returned to the rightful owner during a ceremony at the Jewish Museum in Brussels on December 1, 2009. U.S. Ambassador Howard W. Gutman and Mr. Vincent Van Quickenborne, Minister of Enterprises and Simplification, attended the ceremony.
