Moorsele Commemoration

On Sunday, May 29, 2011 Ambassador Gutman attended a ceremony to rededicate a monument in memory of 1LT Patrick W. Williams, 22, (Harrogate, TN), USAF, who gave his life for our freedom, when his Thunderbolt P47-D2, crashed near Moorsele on May 31st, 1943. Prime Minister Leterme was also present at the ceremony.
