Memphis in May Reception

As a prelude to this year's Memphis in May International Festival, a special delegation from Memphis is participated in a cultural tour of Belgium, from March 26 - April 3. Ambassador Howard Gutman and his wife, Dr. Michelle Loewinger, welcomed the delegation and other guests. Shanon Preston, member of the Memphis delegation entertained the audience with some Memphis blues.
